About The Position
This entry-level, on-site position helps maintain a ready-to-shop sales floor and assists customers with locating and understanding merchandise. The work is active and team-oriented, performed in a store or another similar physical work environment with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other on-site teams as applicable. A strong candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, communicates clearly, pays attention to accuracy and safety, and is willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.

- Walk assigned areas and proactively assist shoppers.
- Recover shelves, racks, displays, and merchandise.
- Restock products from backroom inventory.
