About The Position

As a Sales Lead, you drive personal sales, meet performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while exemplifying Purple’s values. You also help develop and coach team members. The role offers an opportunity to strengthen selling skills, build product knowledge, and become a top seller in Purple’s retail stores. This is a part-time position expected to work approximately 15–29 hours per week; actual hours may vary based on business needs. The hourly compensation is $23.50, with eligibility for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, subject to the commission agreement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience working in a retail environment.
Comfort learning and adapting to new technology.
Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities and effective communication skills.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
Desire to improve selling behavior and problem-solving.
Understanding of basic business management functions.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
