About The Position

The Beauty Concierge provides outstanding customer service by greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, and providing a variety of other services. The role requires knowledge of the cosmetics area to offer information and directions to customers and employees, support store operations as a general store resource, maintain confidentiality, and make deliveries to customers.

The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent use of hands, and handling merchandise and bulky or awkwardly shaped items. Employees regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The stated pay range is $22.55–$23.45 per hour. Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
