Managers also maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department, stay current through Nordstrom and brand-partner training, and support customer loyalty by managing transactions and opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts. The role requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use. It also involves handling bulky or awkward merchandise, reaching above the head, and regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The listed hourly pay range is $27.00–$28.10. Beauty sales roles typically receive 3% commission; this position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
