About The Position

The Sales Lead supports the store’s day-to-day operations alongside the management team and helps create memorable experiences for guests. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment, engaging guests in a lively and welcoming manner, and supporting smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Merchandising skills, including organizing and presenting products.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Comfort with a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide excellent guest service to support a positive shopping experience.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner.
• Support store operations, including handling cash and managing inventory.
• Help keep store operations running smoothly for fellow team members.
• Organize and present merchandise to attract guests’ attention.
• Proactively showcase products to guests.
