About The Position

The Sales Lead is a part-time role supporting the Alaska Zoo store’s day-to-day operations alongside the management team. The position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, engaging service and helping the store run smoothly.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently; occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience.
• Merchandising ability and a flair for organizing and presenting products.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide exceptional guest service.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner.
