About The Position

As a part-time seasonal Sales Associate at the Oregon Zoo, you will help create an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for guests. You will welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, share product knowledge, and make personalized recommendations. You will also support daily store operations, including restocking shelves and creating displays.

Requirements

• Availability to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Enjoy meeting and conversing with guests of all ages.
• Positive, enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and store staff.
• Ability to remain on your feet and move around the store; may need to reach, bend, stoop, or crawl.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service.
