About The Position

As a part-time seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll help create an enjoyable, memorable shopping experience for zoo guests. You’ll welcome visitors, demonstrate products, share product knowledge, and make personalized recommendations. You’ll also support daily store operations, including restocking shelves and creating displays, while working collaboratively with the store team.

Requirements

• Available to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Enjoy meeting and conversing with guests of all ages.
• Bring positive energy to customer interactions.
• Be welcoming and collaborate with team members and store staff.
• Be able to remain on your feet and move around the store, and occasionally reach, bend, stoop, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds.

• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service.
