About The Position

The Sales Lead is a role-model Bear Builder who takes on additional Floor Leader on Duty responsibilities during designated shifts. In that capacity, the Sales Lead provides direction to Bear Builders, models Experience First® behaviors, and focuses on achieving store sales goals. When not serving as Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead performs the Bear Builder role, providing exceptional Guest service and supporting store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15–25 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• As Floor Leader on Duty, serve as a role model in providing exceptional Guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Guide, support, and direct associates to help ensure smooth store operations and achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide the management team with feedback about performance and compliance issues for the CWM and AWM to address.
• As a Bear Builder, actively engage with Guests using the Experience First Make Behaviors.
• Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere and ensure Guests leave satisfied with their experience.
• Meet brand standards and guidelines to support operational excellence and a cohesive Guest experience.
• Demonstrate team commitment by being dependable, engaged, and helpful.
