Requirements
- Ability to schedule customer calls and match the right Comfort Consultants to every job.
- Ability to handle customer memberships.
- Ability to learn the business and prioritize urgent customer calls.
- Ability to ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to technicians.
- Ability to record and report service calls.
- Willingness to participate in training.
- Ability to contact customers for Membership renewals, expired payments, and scheduling.
