About The Position

The Sales Gallery Coordinator is the first point of contact in a resort sales center, welcoming guests and owners who are checking in for presentations. The role supports an organized, positive guest experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment by coordinating Sales Executives, maintaining daily rotations, answering calls, keeping the space stocked and ready, and arranging guest transportation for presentations. The position offers a stated wage of $19 per hour and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Requirements

• Positive demeanor and confidence working face-to-face with people.
• Customer service or guest-facing experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners checking in for presentations.
• Coordinate and assign Sales Executives to ensure an organized flow.
• Keep daily rotations updated and running smoothly.
• Answer calls and connect guests with the appropriate team members.
• Keep the space stocked and ready to support a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate transportation logistics for guests attending presentations.
• Support day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment.
