About The Position

Molly's Spirits is seeking full-time team members to work across various departments at its retail liquor stores. The Sales Floor Crew member helps customers discover products, supports sales, operates registers, and maintains store displays and a clean, safe sales floor. Employees are expected to uphold the company’s values of being welcoming, innovative, knowledgeable, zealous, and gracious, and to provide outstanding customer service. The role may involve cross-training in delivery, front end, and receiving.

Requirements

Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Have some basic beer, wine, and/or spirits knowledge.
Be willing to expand knowledge and cross-train between departments, including delivery, front end, and receiving.
Have sales experience.
Be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Be able to walk, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Regularly use a flatbed cart, pallet jack, two-wheeled dolly, and box cutter.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, respond to questions, encourage engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.
Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
Achieve established goals.
Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
Increase in-store sales.
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Maintain displays by stocking, facing, fronting, and cleaning merchandise.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
