About The Position
Freedom Armory is seeking a full-time sales associate to join its team. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, well-spoken, and able to make others feel comfortable. They are passionate about firearms and enjoy sharing their knowledge, communicate well, and take initiative to complete needed work without being asked. The role focuses on supporting the team, delivering a positive customer experience in the store and by phone, advising customers on purchases, and maintaining current product knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong background in shooting sports, including firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Availability during daytime, nighttime, and weekends.
Responsibilities
