About The Position

CarShop is hiring a Sales & Finance Assistant, an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience across all aspects of the dealership. This position serves as a stepping stone to build a strong foundation and grow a career within the company, with clear paths into Sales or Finance. It offers the opportunity to learn the automotive business and gain comprehensive knowledge of dealership operations.

Computer proficiency
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Light Work- lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
This position requires a good deal of walking or standing, or this position could involves sitting most of the time with some pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls

Nice To Haves

Some customer service experience preferred
Two to four year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales team to prioritize and manage daily vehicle deliveries.
Learn and support all steps of the vehicle sales process, including paperwork and documentation.
Walk customers through delivery paperwork and answer questions.
Explain available aftermarket products, including benefits and pricing.
Introduce customers to the Service Department.
Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
