About The Position

CarShop is hiring a Sales & Finance Assistant, an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience across all aspects of the dealership. This position serves as a stepping stone to build a strong foundation and grow a career within the company, with clear paths into Sales or Finance. It offers the opportunity to learn the automotive business and gain comprehensive knowledge of dealership operations.

  • Light Work- lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Some customer service experience preferred
  • Two to four year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to prioritize and manage daily vehicle deliveries.
  • Learn and support all steps of the vehicle sales process, including paperwork and documentation.
  • Walk customers through delivery paperwork and answer questions.
  • Explain available aftermarket products, including benefits and pricing.
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
