About The Position

Powerforce is hiring an entry-level Field Sales Executive to work with the Haribo and Molson Coors brands across Glasgow and the surrounding area. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves visiting independent and convenience stores to learn how sales and brand marketing work in practice. No previous sales experience is required; full training, coaching and support are provided. A company manual van and fuel card are provided. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of £26,000 per annum and a 15% bonus, for on-target earnings of up to £29,900. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months; automatic-only licences cannot be considered. Molson Coors has a zero-tolerance policy for drink-related offences or convictions, including drink-driving convictions.

Requirements

A full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months; automatic-only licences are not accepted.
Confident communication and good people skills.
Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
Interest in building a long-term career in sales or FMCG.
No prior sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with store owners and staff as their main point of contact.
Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence in stores.
Support product availability, stock levels and in-store engagement.
Collaborate with the team, share best practice and learn alongside colleagues.
