The Sales Account Executive will manage a pipeline of deals from initial contact to funding, utilizing qualified inbound leads generated through a unique partnership model. The role involves engaging with business owners, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams (Partnerships, Operations, Risk) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing customer pipelines, utilizing sales tools like Gong and Salesforce, coordinating onboarding, delivering a premium consultative experience, gathering feedback for strategy iteration, advocating for US and Canadian merchants, and mentoring junior sales team members.
