About The Position

The Client Success Associate will build, develop, and manage relationships with a variety of clients, ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices. The role ensures clients are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription, leading to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This position involves introducing Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision makers, and facilitating client calls to understand priorities and recommend actions that drive high value and return on investment. The associate will also collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients, and conduct regular reviews of their client book of business focusing on performance and key client engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • French Speaking

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
