Requirements

• At least 5 years of trade or estimating experience in home repair, remodeling, or construction.
• Competitive drive and a closer’s mindset, with the ability to handle objections without being pushy.
• Organized, dependable, and strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Proven closing experience in in-home or home services sales is strongly preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate close-rate and revenue results.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person estimate appointments across Cedar Park, Leander, and nearby areas.
• Build rapport with homeowners, identify their needs, and confidently present solutions.
• Close jobs during appointments when possible and follow up on open opportunities.
• Scope projects and prepare clear, accurate quotes.
• Track and own performance metrics, including appointments run, close rate, and closed revenue.
