Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
Team-first attitude

Experience with quoting or estimating is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review transformer specifications and generate proposals, including pricing and technical drawing submittals.
Provide timely responses to customer technical inquiries and coordinate internal support as needed.
Participate in product training to develop deep knowledge of transformer technology and industry applications.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial quote to order processing.
Provide technical product information and follow up on quotes and inbound leads.
Enter data into the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
Document competitive intelligence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in industry training to enhance market and application knowledge.
Respond promptly to customer requests for quotations.
Process purchase orders, including timely customer acknowledgments and internal coordination.
Manage internal project workflows, coordinating with engineering, production, and shipping teams.
