Sales Engineer

ReliaQuest•Dallas, TX

About The Position

As a Sales Engineer at ReliaQuest, you will be the technical partner to the Sales team, helping win new business and expand relationships with existing customers. You will demonstrate how GreyMatter, ReliaQuest’s Agentic AI Security Operations Platform, can reduce Tier 1 and Tier 2 work, accelerate detection and response, and unify customers’ existing security tools without requiring a rip-and-replace approach. You will also share customer insights that help shape the future of GreyMatter and ReliaQuest. The role spans the full sales cycle, from discovery through technical close. You will advise security leaders, conduct technical discovery and platform demonstrations, develop business cases and value assessments, respond to customer security documentation, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture on scoping and pricing. You will help customers understand how GreyMatter can improve SOC outcomes, optimize costs, and scale security operations.

  • Support sizing, scoping, and pricing in collaboration with Sales and Solutions Architecture.
