About The Position

Hydra Host is building infrastructure for AI at scale through a GPU compute marketplace and infrastructure platforms that help customers and partners deploy and operate high-performance AI Factories. The Sales Engineer supports end-to-end delivery of AI Factory clusters, from defining the Bill of Materials (BoM) through procurement, deployment, and ongoing operational support. Working primarily with Sales and Procurement, this role translates customer requirements into practical infrastructure solutions, coordinates with OEM partners, and helps internal teams deliver customer requirements. The Sales Engineer is a technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, connecting sales conversations with deployment execution and long-term operations. The role involves day-to-day technical coordination, with senior engineering and operations teams available for complex architecture and escalations. The position is remote and requires approximately 50% travel.
