About The Position

Lorikeet is hiring its first Sales Enablement & Operations team member to build an operating engine for its growing go-to-market and Forward Deployed teams. The role owns enablement, operations, and processes, helping new hires ramp quickly, communicate the product effectively, and spend more time selling. It sits across sales, marketing, product, and the Forward Deployed team, combining onboarding, playbooks, messaging, and coaching with CRM ownership, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and tooling. Lorikeet sells AI customer-support software to high-stakes, regulated businesses. The role will help reps develop deep product, industry, and objection-handling knowledge for buyers in sectors including fintech, healthtech, marketplaces, and delivery services. The position also partners with the GTM Engineer to create AI-powered workflows and uses call and deal insights to inform sales coaching, product, and marketing. Lorikeet is a Series A company headquartered in Sydney, with teams across the US and UK. The company describes its culture as low-ego and high-trust, with flexible hours, opportunities to shape the product and company, and twice-yearly company gatherings in Hawaii. Its recruitment process includes informal conversations and a paid work trial of approximately two days.
