Sales Enablement Lead

Netic•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Netic is hiring its first Sales Enablement Lead to create and operate the company’s sales enablement function. The role will establish onboarding, training, metrics, and a sales content hub from the ground up, working directly with sales leadership, Sales Ops, Product, and Marketing. Enablement programs are expected to be measured against outcomes such as time-to-first-deal, win rates, content usage, and rep attainment, with decisions about what to build or retire guided by data. The successful candidate will develop reps’ knowledge of Netic’s AI agents and the home services businesses Netic serves, and turn that knowledge into practical talk tracks, demos, objection handling, and training. The role also owns onboarding and certification, sales launch readiness, sales kickoffs and QBR enablement sessions, and communications about process and tool changes. In the first year, success includes a documented onboarding program with time-to-first-deal tracked by cohort and trending down; quarterly reviews of enablement metrics with sales leadership; a sales hub with measured usage and impact; and a launch-readiness process that certifies every rep before product or pricing changes ship.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a quota-carrying sales role in B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of building an enablement program or function from zero, rather than only operating an existing one.
  • Comfort using data and pulling ramp and conversion metrics from Salesforce or a call-recording tool to guide enablement priorities.
  • Ability to confidently facilitate training for sales representatives and leaders.
  • Ability to turn complex products and processes into simple, clear steps.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs at once.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as the first sales enablement hire at a startup.
  • Experience with Gong, Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly, or similar tools.
  • Experience selling to SMB or owner-operated businesses, or knowledge of the trades.

Responsibilities

  • Build a sales onboarding program from day one through the first closed deal, including certification milestones and cohort-level time-to-ramp tracking.
  • Define enablement metrics, including ramp time, attainment by tenure, content usage, and win rate by play, and review them with sales leadership and Sales Ops.
  • Use call recordings, stage conversion, and win/loss analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted training.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in Netic’s AI agents and the home services businesses Netic serves, and create talk tracks, demos, and objection-handling resources for reps.
  • Build and manage the sales hub, including playbooks, battlecards, and customer stories; track usage and impact and retire materials that are not useful.
  • Coordinate launch readiness for new products and pricing with Product and Marketing, including certifying reps before changes go live.
  • Plan sales kickoffs and QBR enablement sessions.
  • Keep reps informed about process and tool changes.
