Requirements

• Proven personal success in sales (home improvement/construction preferred)
• Experience with coaching or mentoring sales professionals
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full development cycle of our sales team
• Onboard and train new representatives
• Conduct ride-alongs
• Provide structured coaching
• Run sales meetings and roleplays
• Retrain underperformers
• Support candidate evaluations
• Implement improved training processes
• Track key metrics to raise closing ratios
