This position is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs that enhance employee performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and promote a culture of continuous learning. The Learning & Development Trainer will partner with department leaders to assess training needs, develop learning solutions, coordinate employee development initiatives, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
