As our first dedicated SDR in North America, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we grow in one of our most important markets. This is a home-based position and you'll work directly with Account Executives, Marketing, GTM Operations, and North American leadership to generate pipeline, influence strategy, and help define the SDR motion we'll scale in the future. At evaluagent, we're building the future of quality management for contact centers. Our Automated Quality Management (AQM) platform helps customer experience, quality, and operations teams move beyond manually reviewing a handful of interactions and instead understand 100% of customer conversations across both human and AI agents.
