About The Position

Stimulus Technologies has been serving Nevada businesses for over 30 years, offering managed IT, cybersecurity, VoIP phone systems, and high-speed internet. They are building their first dedicated sales team and are looking for someone to be part of this foundational growth. The role involves being the first point of contact for prospects, identifying suitable businesses, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. The ideal candidate is adaptable, a good listener, and capable of independent pipeline building, with success measured by qualified meetings booked rather than just call volume.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Comfortable with cold calling.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Tech-comfortable.
  • CRM experience is required.
  • Coachable and able to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn, focusing on SMBs in Nevada, Long Beach (California), and Jefferson City (Missouri).
  • Execute structured outbound sequences via phone, personalized email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure productive meetings.
  • Book and confirm discovery calls for Account Executives, aiming for ten qualified meetings per week.
  • Log all activities in the CRM daily.
  • Collaborate with marketing on webinar follow-up, campaign leads, and inbound form submissions.
