Sales Development Representative, Account Expansion (Existing Customers)

Granum•Atlanta, GA
•$55,000 - $90,000•Remote

About The Position

Granum is hiring its founding Sales Development Representative for Account Expansion and LMN Pay. The role focuses on helping existing customers realize more value from Granum by identifying opportunities to adopt products they are not currently using, especially its invoicing and payments solution, and generating expansion revenue. This is relationship-based outreach to current customers rather than cold calling into a new market. The representative reports to the Sr. Director of Sales and collaborates with Customer Success, Onboarding, and the Payments team to identify appropriate opportunities, coordinate warm handoffs, and help clients use the full platform. As the first person in this role, the representative will also help shape the account-expansion playbook, including messaging and handoff processes. The role requires high-volume, phone-first outreach supported by email and sequences, along with disciplined activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce. Granum provides software and implementation support for landscapers and arborists across North America. The company describes its culture as collaborative, innovative, supportive, and impact-oriented. The position is remote, as indicated by the job posting’s #LI-Remote tag. Compensation depends on location: Canada-based candidates receive a base salary of CAD $65,000–$70,000 plus CAD $20,000 on-target commission; U.S.-based candidates receive a base salary of USD $55,000–$60,000 plus USD $30,000 on-target commission.
