Sales Development Representative, Enterprise AI

CodeNinja•Dallas, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

CodeNinja builds private AI systems using open-weight models, ontologies, infrastructure, and agentic memory, helping organizations retain control of their data and systems, including in airgapped environments. The Sales Development Representative will help build the Dallas pipeline for the CodeNinja Atoms commercial team by researching prospects, initiating conversations, and creating qualified opportunities in a technical market. The role works closely with Account Executives and commercial leadership. This is a full-time, onsite position in Dallas, Monday–Friday. The role is suited to someone with roughly one year of relevant experience who enjoys research, prospect outreach, and learning technical concepts. The first 90 days involve learning use cases and practising calls, then establishing consistent multichannel prospecting and booking relevant discovery conversations, followed by generating repeatable qualified opportunities with useful handoffs and evidence about effective accounts and messaging. The hiring process starts with a four-question one-way video interview, with up to nine minutes of recording and five calendar days to complete it. Candidates may preview questions and record up to two takes per answer. A person reviews the recording before a live conversation; accessible alternatives or technical help are available upon request.

Requirements

  • Around one year of sales development, inside sales, or comparable prospect-facing experience; equivalent evidence is welcome.
  • Clear writing, a conversational phone manner, and persistence that respects the prospect.
  • Examples of outreach, meetings, or opportunities personally generated.
  • Curiosity about AI and the ability to learn technical concepts without pretending to know every answer.
  • Coachability, organization, and reliable follow-through.
  • Availability to work onsite in Dallas Monday–Friday.
