About The Position

At Raintree, we are transforming the therapy Electronic Medical Record (EMR) industry, empowering professionals to deliver enhanced care and achieve better outcomes. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for therapy clinics reaching out to learn more about our platform. Your mission is to provide an exceptional first impression, qualify interested leads, and bridge the gap between their curiosity and our solution. This role requires a 5-day on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or lead-gen roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • A genuine curiosity about the healthcare or therapy (PT/OT/SLP) industries.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous exposure to a CRM like Salesforce or a sales tool like Outreach is a plus, but not required.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand that a fast response is the key to a happy prospect.
  • You ask great questions and listen more than you talk.
  • You can manage a high volume of leads without losing track of the details.
  • You’re an "always-learning" individual who welcomes feedback and is eager to grow into a senior sales or account role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
  • Conduct introductory calls to understand a clinic's unique needs, pain points, and current software gaps to determine if Raintree is the right fit.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to schedule high-quality demos and provide them with the deep-dive research needed to close deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Outreach.io to track lead progress and ensure no potential partner falls through the cracks.
  • Act as a knowledgeable advocate for our top-rated EMR platform, tailoring your message to both adult and pediatric therapy domains.
