About The Position

This is a growth-oriented, enterprise sales role focused on acquiring new clients and driving strategic expansion and long-term revenue growth within existing client relationships in the healthcare SaaS sector. The role involves opening new buying relationships, building pipeline, and closing complex deals, while also expanding wallet share through cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion across strategic accounts. The Client Executive will own top-line and recognized revenue goals within their territory, targeting medium to large hospitals, health systems, ambulatory, and physician practices. The position requires leading the end-to-end new business acquisition process, including territory planning, prospecting, discovery, executive agreement, demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing. It also involves identifying new logos, buying centers, and service lines within target health systems, and leading strategic expansion within existing accounts by maintaining executive relationships and driving adoption of additional Experian Health products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Accommodate 50% travel or more.
  • 5+ years' experience and success in Healthcare SaaS sales, with an emphasis on new business acquisition within Healthcare IT companies.
  • 5+ years' experience selling and negotiating contracts with hospitals, hospital systems, and large physician groups.
  • In-depth understanding of the provider healthcare landscape, including revenue cycle management, managed care, and administrative workflows.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota, where approximately 60–70% of revenue responsibility is net-new logo or new buying center acquisition, complemented by 30–40% strategic expansion of existing clients.
  • Successful expertise balancing new business with strategic account expansion and long-term client growth.

  • Target medium to large hospitals, health systems, ambulatory, and physician practices with the potential for high-volume transactions and durable, multi-solution partnerships.
  • Lead the end-to-end new business motion, including territory planning, prospecting, discovery, executive agreement, demonstrations, contract negotiation, and close.
  • Identify and new logos, new buying centers, and new service lines within target health systems.
  • Lead strategic expansion within existing accounts, driving adoption of additional Experian Health products and solutions by maintaining executive relationships.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
