About The Position

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in SaaS Solutions supporting the manufacturing sectors. This will be a highly impactful role connecting new logos with our growing GTM team. This role suits someone who is self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and driven by team wins!

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer facing sales experience in a tech forward environment.
  • Experience cold calling.
  • Proven quota achievement and strong enterprise discovery skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Coachable.

Responsibilities

  • Create new business opportunities at the executive level through creative outreach.
  • Identify and qualify leads through discovery calls.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression in a modern CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Build trusted relationships with operations, IT, and executives.
  • Work with CSM and Marketing on handoffs and customer alignment.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across sites and divisions to support revenue growth.
