It is a complex, high-value sale that will develop your commercial skills and business acumen in ways that will serve you throughout your career. The role This is a proactive outreach role. Every day you'll be initiating conversations with senior professionals by phone, email, LinkedIn, and at events and building enough interest and credibility to open a sales process. The phone is central to how we work, and learning to conduct confident, well-prepared outreach is a core part of what you'll do. Our buyers are Governance Professionals, General Counsel, and Company Secretaries. They are senior, busy, and discerning. Learning to earn their time and engage them meaningfully is a skill that takes practice, and we'll invest in helping you develop it properly. How we develop our people We believe the best sales development happens in person. While this is a remote role, we make a point of getting the team together as regularly as we can for coaching sessions, call reviews, and collaborative working days. There's a great deal you can learn from sitting alongside colleagues, shadowing live calls, and debriefing together that's simply harder to replicate over a screen, and we want our BDRs to benefit from that as much as possible. You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives, get structured feedback on your outreach, and receive honest, regular coaching on what's working and where you can improve. We're invested in your progression because the development of our people is central to how Kuberno grows. Career progression We are scaling quickly, and we are committed to promoting from within. BDRs who perform well move into Account Executive, market development, or revenue operations roles. We expect most of the people joining at this level to have progressed within 18 months. That is something we plan for, not something that happens by accident. Who we are looking for A sales background is not required. We are looking for people who are curious, commercially minded, and motivated to develop their skills over time. Proactive outreach requires resilience and a willingness to keep going if that kind of challenge appeals to you, you will find this role rewarding. We are particularly interested in two kinds of candidates: Those at the beginning of their sales career who are approaching it with genuine intention people who want to understand the craft and build a foundation they can grow from. Legal, Governance, or Company Secretarial professionals considering a move into technology and sales. Familiarity with our buyers' world is a meaningful advantage, and we welcome applications from those looking to apply that expertise in a new context.
