As we continue to scale, we are building a more structured approach to pipeline creation and customer engagement. The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in this effort by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing-driven initiatives. This role is focused on creating consistent top-of-funnel activity and ensuring Account Managers are engaged with qualified, sales-ready prospects. This position is ideal for a motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is comfortable executing structured, high-volume outreach while engaging prospects in meaningful conversations.
