We are seeking polished, articulate professionals to join our team as a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR), focused on generating qualified meetings for our luxury home staging and interior design sales team. This is a high-activity, outbound-driven role that combines strategic cold outreach with inbound lead qualification. In this position, you will engage directly with luxury real estate agents, developers, and builders—building early relationships and creating a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives. Success in this role requires confidence operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You should be comfortable making 40–60+ calls per day, executing consistent multi-channel outreach, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
