About The Position

ZoomInfo is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join their Customer Inbound Sales Development team. This role focuses on growing and selling into ZoomInfo's existing customer base by fielding customer requests, uncovering pain points, and generating upsell opportunities. The position offers world-class training, hands-on experience in tech sales, and the opportunity to help customers maximize value from their existing tools. While not a customer service role, it involves daily sales engagement and may progress to cold calling prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from current customers to build pipeline for Account Managers
  • Lead with curiosity and ask thoughtful discovery questions to identify gaps, goals, and opportunities
  • Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating customers on how its full suite of solutions can solve challenges across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify strategic expansion opportunities
  • Build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
