About The Position

Protex AI is building Site Intelligence, an AI platform that connects cameras, enterprise systems, and operational knowledge to provide real-time understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations. Its computer vision technology turns video into structured operational data, while AI agents transform that data into insights, investigations, and actions. The company serves large enterprises seeking to improve safety, eliminate inefficiencies, and increase productivity, and is expanding beyond safety into a broader opportunity to improve how industrial operations are understood, managed, and optimized. The Sales Development Manager will lead Protex AI’s growing US BDR team and create pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives across global markets. The team is based in the US and covers time zones around the world. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for leading, hiring, coaching, and growing the team. The position reports to the Head of Growth & Marketing.
