Sales Development Manager

JustPark•Dallas, TX
•Hybrid

About The Position

JustPark is a provider of B2B parking solutions for destinations and B2C parking services for drivers, combining ParkHub’s event-parking operations in the US with JustPark’s consumer parking platform. The Sales Development Manager leads a team of 4–6 Sales Development Representatives focused on a pure outbound, account-based sales motion for event venues and everyday parking accounts. This is a people-management role with no individual call or closing quota. The manager’s target is the team’s qualified meetings booked and held, and the role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations while partnering closely with Account Executives. The manager works from JustPark’s Dallas–Fort Worth hub with the team on anchor days. The job centers on daily floor coaching, establishing consistent activity and coaching routines, managing performance and hiring, and building the outbound function. The manager owns the team’s onboarding and ramp plan, outbound playbook, activity scorecard, team forecasting, and meeting-acceptance standards. Success includes developing SDRs toward the Account Executive path and fostering a culture of growth mindset, teamwork, daily work ethic, and coachability.

Requirements

  • Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to work from the office on anchor days.
  • US work authorization.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an SDR or BDR team, with demonstrable results including reps reaching target and being promoted.
  • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or Account Executive.
  • Proven ability to build an outbound sales motion, including target account criteria, sequences, call frameworks, and objection handling.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, including building scorecards, trusting the data, and interpreting it to diagnose causes.
  • Experience with call intelligence platforms and using them for coaching rather than surveillance.
  • Experience hiring and onboarding sales development representatives.
  • Ability to motivate through rewards rather than fear.
  • Strong communication skills and credibility with senior stakeholders inside and outside the business.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Exposure to events, hospitality, commercial real estate, municipal government, parking, or venue technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4–6 Sales Development Representatives and hire additional reps as the team grows.
  • Provide daily live call coaching, side-by-side coaching, and in-the-moment feedback on the sales floor.
  • Run weekly one-to-ones focused on performance, development, and each rep’s improvement goals.
  • Review calls weekly in Gong with each rep and agree on a specific change to work on before the next session.
  • Own the onboarding and ramp plan so new SDRs reach full productivity predictably, and develop reps toward the Account Executive path.
  • Own and accurately forecast the team target for qualified meetings booked and held.
  • Build and maintain the Salesforce activity scorecard, tracking dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked and held, and acceptance rate; use it to diagnose performance.
  • Maintain the expected activity level of 75–100 calls per rep per day and structure tooling and workdays to make that volume achievable.
  • Own the outbound playbook, including target account criteria, sequences, call frameworks, and objection handling across both business segments.
  • Agree on and maintain meeting acceptance standards with the Account Executive team, including processes for meetings that do not meet the standard.
  • Screen and hire SDRs, evaluating both culture and skills.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on territory and account-list design and communicate insights from prospecting calls to the business.
  • Build and model a team culture centered on growth mindset, teamwork, daily work ethic, and coachability.
