Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience of leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), helping them achieve pipeline and opportunity generation targets while building the skills they need to succeed.
  • Passionate about helping people succeed and creating an environment where individuals and teams can perform at their best.
  • Enjoy using data and insight to guide decisions, improve results, and support continuous development.
  • Confident working across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, building strong relationships that help generate high-quality opportunities and pipeline growth.
  • Lead with integrity, encourage accountability, and create a culture where people feel supported to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, and sales engagement tools such as Clari, Groove, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC to support effective qualification and opportunity development.
  • Knowledge of pipeline analysis, forecasting and reporting to help drive informed decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Experience within the restaurant, hospitality or technology sectors, with an understanding of the challenges faced by customers in these industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), helping them achieve pipeline and opportunity generation targets while building the skills they need to succeed.
  • Use performance data, call reviews and regular coaching sessions to improve prospecting, discovery conversations and overall team effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to refine targeting, improve lead follow-up processes, and increase conversion rates across the sales funnel.
  • Monitor team performance, forecasting and reporting, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support business growth.
