About The Position
Matter Brothers Furniture and Design is seeking dynamic sales professionals for its Fort Myers, Florida showroom. The role focuses on selling furniture and design solutions, transforming customers’ living spaces, and creating positive customer experiences. Compensation includes a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Weekend availability is required. Requirements
- Proven sales success in furniture retail or high-commission sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for design and customer transformation.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Weekend availability is required.

- Prior experience with STORIS and/or Salesforce.
