About The Position
Closets by Design is hiring designers and sales representatives to help residential customers organize their homes. The role involves meeting customers at pre-set appointments near the consultant’s home, learning about their needs, and educating them about the company’s products and services. The company provides all leads and marketing materials, complete paid sales training, and ongoing mentorship. No prior sales experience is necessary. The position offers a hybrid remote arrangement and an open, flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Be coachable.
- Have a growth mindset and willingness to complete 12 weeks of paid sales training.
- Have reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments using provided leads and marketing materials.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through customers’ homes to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on the company’s products and services.
- Follow the sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned or applicable.
