About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. The position offers flexibility to work from home and provides preset appointments with prospective and repeat clients near the consultant’s home. Complete sales and design training is provided, so prior experience is not necessary. The role includes a 16-week paid sales training program and ongoing mentorship, with a direct path to becoming a Senior Sales Designer and receiving a pay/bonus increase.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have a growth mindset and be willing to complete 16 weeks of paid sales training.
• Must have reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments using company-provided leads and marketing materials.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through customers’ homes to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on the company’s products and services.
• Follow the sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs.
