About The Position
Matter Brothers Furniture and Design is seeking dynamic sales professionals to help customers transform living spaces and create compelling design experiences. The role is based in the company’s Naples, Florida showroom. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Proven sales success in furniture retail or high-commission sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for design and customer transformation.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Weekend availability is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with STORIS and/or Salesforce.
