About The Position
Closets by Design is hiring Sales Design Consultants to help residential customers organize their homes. Consultants meet with customers at pre-set appointments, learn about their organizational needs, assess opportunities in their homes, and explain the company’s products and services. The role includes complete sales and design training, a 16-week paid training program, and ongoing mentorship. It offers a hybrid remote arrangement and an open, flexible schedule. Leads and marketing materials are provided, and there is no cold calling.
Requirements
- Be coachable.
- Have a growth mindset and be willing to complete 16-week paid sales training.
- Have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through customers’ homes to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
- Follow the Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs.
