About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers and sales representatives to help residential customers organize their homes. The role involves visiting customers through pre-set appointments, assessing their organizational needs and opportunities in the home, and educating them about the company’s products and services. The company provides complete sales and design training, including 13 weeks of paid sales training and ongoing mentorship; no prior experience is necessary. This is a hybrid remote position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work close to home. Successful consultants can progress to Senior Sales Designer, with a pay and bonus increase.

Requirements

Be coachable and have a growth mindset.
Be willing to complete 13 weeks of paid sales training.
Have reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Be able to attend training in Shirley, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Attend pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients using provided leads and marketing materials.
Build rapport with customers and understand their home organization needs.
Walk through customers’ homes to assess organizational opportunities.
Educate customers about the company’s products and services.
Follow the sales training process and use communication skills to support residential customers with home organization needs.
