About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales through timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs, inventory coordination, product presentation, and customer service. The role may also involve balancing daily receipts and cross-training to perform other duties.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. The estimated total annual compensation range, including base pay and variable compensation earned, is $30,000–$60,000 or more. Camping World offers on-the-job training opportunities. Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package; part-time associates are offered access to dental and vision coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues professionally and tactfully.
• Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assist in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock adjustments, and assist with inventory management.
• Plan and implement product presentations, including signage and pricing.
• Promptly display new products and dispose of discontinued products in accordance with the markdown program.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain company-assigned plan-o-grams accurately.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Maintain a safe work area for customers and coworkers.
• May balance daily receipts and record cash, check, and credit card payments.
• May cross-train to perform other duties.
