About The Position

We’re adding to our team in New Philadelphia and looking for a Sales Consultant who can make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You do not need to be an interior designer or an experienced salesperson; the role calls for confidence connecting with people, motivation to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love. The showroom is launching Ashley Luxe, an elevated collection of furniture and décor. The Sales Consultant will learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community, while selling across product lines. Training and products are provided. The position offers uncapped earning potential, performance incentives, employee discounts, growth opportunities, and benefits.
