About The Position

The Sales Consultant helps customers find furniture and décor that fit their style, needs, and budget. The role involves guiding customers through the full sales process, from the initial conversation through closing, and building lasting customer relationships through follow-up. The consultant stays informed about products, promotions, and new collections and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role will also support the launch of Ashley Luxe, learning its elevated furniture and décor collection and introducing it to customers. Training on the furniture business is provided. This is an opportunity for a confident, personable, self-motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people and helping them create a home they love.

Requirements
