About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own patient consultation relationships from the initial interaction through long-term loyalty. The role focuses on building a patient book and growing revenue by leading one-on-one consultations, designing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. The consultant educates patients about laser, body contouring, and injectable services; presents treatment plans and financing options; and works with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium experience from arrival through checkout. LaserAway provides a custom CRM, marketing-generated leads, and access to patient history to support consultations. Full paid training is provided, and no medical background is required. The position offers a base wage plus uncapped commission and potential monthly bonuses. Advancement opportunities include Lead PCC and Location Director roles.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
Comfort with a commission-first compensation structure.
Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered communication and interactions.
Weekend availability; weekends and evenings are a regular part of the role.
