Mattress Warehouse is growing and is seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist in their continuing quest to provide exceptional service to customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, Mattress Warehouse has been a leader in the Mattress industry for over 35 years and is a USA family-owned and operated business. The Sales Consultant will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing the company's tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. The role focuses on providing customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience aimed at improving their lives through sleep solutions. The company utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point-of-sale (POS) systems, and the exclusive bedMatch system. A winning, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success. The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs. Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants.
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing the company's selling process and diagnostic sleep system.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Reset the showroom floor.
